This is a concept and display 1:4 scale boat exactly the same as the following C3.2B test boat with the exception of the air intake. The aerodynamic research link explains why a revised intake is necessary. Apart from display purposes, it also gave the design team a hands on method of deciding how and where to mount the engine, controls systems and other kit in the working Test Boat.
